Out to Bayswater via South Perth and Maylands. Back to test the new deli coffee shop on Nicholson Rd next to Vintage Cellars. Good coffee, muffins need work but they were very friendly. Jugs of lemon water and glasses left on the tables was good on a hot day.

Solo session today so very hard work on Abs and Glutes. Pretty sure that I am getting stronger and also pretty sure i am going to hurt tomorrow.
