To Mt Henry and return to Wholefood Circus for coffee. Nice ride back up the freeway with the wind being very helpful and my new bike going very fast.

If I was an athlete these would be called intervals.....but I am not so they are laps of the Nedlands foreshore so there was some exercise done today before coffee :-).

Worked hard into the wind and did four laps. Help work out some of the muscle soreness.

Legs a bit sore and tired from the effort yesterday. So hopefully a swim will help settle them down.

At Claremont pool which was very busy on a lovely morning, last day of Vacswim so lots of kids and parents and lots of people in the lanes too.

Nice backup pool when HBF is closed but too many people and swimming lessons for regular sessions. No wonder Claremont council wants to expand the centre.

Upped the work load again this week, with more combined exercise that kept me on my toes trying to remember what to do and when to breath. Crazy that remembering to breath can sometimes be so hard.

The holiday break seems to be over with lots of cars and people around, especially at the Uni and Hospital. A couple of laps on the front at Nedlands and then up to CCGS and back. Stopped at La Galette for coffee. Nice pastry but need the coffee stronger.

To Hale Oval, nicer evening than last week but still warm. Stopped by some people looking for the war memorial to take pictures - they would have had a bit of a walk. Maybe they will make it for sunset shots.

An afternoon at the gym after a morning in front of the computer. Worked the legs hard. Even with the fans and the air con it got pretty warm.
