Cruised out to the Stadium and had a look around the new playground. Looks like a great setup just will need people to walk or ride their bikes to it. Lots seem to be enjoying it already. Reminded me of the playground at the arboretum in Canberra. It also needs a coffee shop.

Hard work back into the wind as the strong southerly sea breeze had picked up by then. Lots and Lots of people out and about on all forms of bikes.

Made it round the river on a Friday.Obviously class wasn't as hard on Wednesday! Straight into a solid steady easterly along Matilda Bay which made the going quite pleasant along Burke Drive and hard work after coffee.

So nice in the water and lane to myself in the back 10 lane, away from the noise of the swimming carnival indoors.

Not as sore as I expected from yesterday and feel that a stronger core is helping my kicking and swimming generally.
