JCCA NavDash - Wet and slippy so took it easy. Enjoyable course with LOTS of stairs.

Out to Bayswater via the river and back to Subi for a coffee stop with Robyn and Richard. Nice morning but had to get armwarmers out for the first time in ages.

Got a swim done after Gym before the pool gets too busy with a master swim comp later in the week. One other and I lady an I marveled at having the whole pool to ourselves for the whole time!
