Glendasan. Phyically tough as always, high heather in some places, burnt remains of branches like iron bars on shins. Steep and grueling as expected. Forgot to ware bashers so legs are cut to pieces. Was been shadowed by david heally. Made a bags of number one, losing the race but recovered well. (Dav is fast)

Sunday night i was throwing up at all hours. Monday and Tuesday was in bed sick, cripple after the NI championship. Ran harder than i should have but a great weekend.
