Event: Connacht Orienteering Championhips

Mullaghmore West.

Didn't run well. Was too drained. A big bobo on number 4 where it was just a crap route choice, i turned in way to early. Not happy with proformance

Crossmurrin. Junior training weekend. Shadowed Jack Miller (i think!!) an LVO M12 who fairly kicks ass. Brought him threw so control flow excersies, he was almost leaving me behind by the end of it.

Shadowed and went threw a few map excersise with Eileen. On the way back did some relocation excersies. followed by drawing my route on a blank page, marking in all the main features.

There was alot of copying maps down etc for the youngers...also i chickened out of the relay for fear of been whooped by kev as i wasn't feeling 100%

Tuesday Nov 20

Running long (Niteo) 3:24:00 [4]35 km (5:50 / km) +800m 5:14 / km
shoes: Falcons
Run up 3rock, (up some bloody river!!! Got me really pissed off...and wet!!!) eventually reached wicklow way. Followed wicklow way until Prince Willians Seat, from there ran back along wicklow way, over the top of ticknok, down to cars.... Quick rest and rice crispy rectangle, picked up the bag and ran rathfarn direction. Water, banana and i was gone again into trinity. Tough run, really felt it the next day.

Just a light jog on curragh with fiona. Nothing top stressful.

Route:

Start lumville, up to grave yard, up highest tank hill, donnally hollow, rugby club, lunville, roundabouts, home.
