| Ran up Lug with a 7kg pack. Beautiful day, crystal clear, could see for miles. Was 1:00:37 to the summit and 30:14 back down. Had to stop a bit on the way up as my bag opened and loads of stuff fell out :( but i took off fast again and powered up the mounatin. Passed loads of people out on the way up, and on the way down i rocketed past people that i ran by on the way up that were desending. Took one class tumble on the way down, almost facing myself on a rock. |

| Kinda attacked the whole way home, the hill up to dunlavin was a complete b**ch. Really hurt. Had better tempo on way home, was taking lots of fluid, emptied my bottle twice- filled with iso/water mixture. Worked well. |
