Tough cycle through kilcullen, dunlavin and on to the glen of imall. Strong head wind and i seemed to be cycling up hill the entire way- was in bits and kinda demorlised when i reached base of Lug

Ran up Lug with a 7kg pack. Beautiful day, crystal clear, could see for miles. Was 1:00:37 to the summit and 30:14 back down. Had to stop a bit on the way up as my bag opened and loads of stuff fell out :( but i took off fast again and powered up the mounatin. Passed loads of people out on the way up, and on the way down i rocketed past people that i ran by on the way up that were desending. Took one class tumble on the way down, almost facing myself on a rock.

Kinda attacked the whole way home, the hill up to dunlavin was a complete b**ch. Really hurt. Had better tempo on way home, was taking lots of fluid, emptied my bottle twice- filled with iso/water mixture. Worked well.

A run in phoenx park. Just ran to the hills section and ran all over the shop. it really hurt, didn't help matters with a 5kg pack for extra pain. 24 climbs
