| Sprinto around trinity. Dav started one min behind me. I was running well until leaving the second last control. I hesitated and lost 10 seconds losing the race by only 3. | ||

Was running well but was littered with stupid mistakes. Lost 2.10 on 4 4.30 on 12 0.30 on 16 2.00 on 23 1.10 on 27 10.20- total. Unacceptable.... Might do 100 controls on bull isl for the crack this weekend (or is it for punishment.... hmmmm) | ||
