Diaster. The map was horrible. I was running strongly but the terrain was just brambles. Brambles brambles everywhere. My pacing is down to a tee now so thats the best positive for. Was 8mins off fastest time. Comdt Delany won in the end. Was good to chatch up with all the army guys/girls.

Had a brain storm on the train this morning. Use it as a period of mental training!!! I'm suprised i never taught of it before!!!
