Saturday Mar 29

Orienteering race (Spring Cup- Classic) 1:15:33 [5]*** 12.47 km (6:04 / km) +330m 5:21 / km
ahr:166 max:183 spiked:17/21c (injured) shoes: Nimbus MudClaws
Was running ok but a 9min mistake on any control (10-11)in such a fast paced race is kicking yourself in the balls. On the shortest leg i just missed my control. Destroyed my entire run.

Friday Mar 28

Orienteering 51:13 [3]*** 4.57 km (11:12 / km) +170m 9:27 / km
spiked:10/10c (injured) shoes: Nimbus MudClaws
Fast forest. I hobbled around, my feet were in bits.
Orienteering race (Spring Cup NightO) 43:15 [5]*** 6.91 km (6:16 / km) +109m 5:48 / km
ahr:167 max:190 spiked:18/19c shoes: Asics Gel-Nimbus 9
Really enjoyed it. Was running well. Roar took 5sec off me. I was raging ;) but it was a great laugh

Thursday Mar 27

Note
(injured)
Traveled from Gotenbourg to Copenhagen. Bring on Spring Cup

Wednesday Mar 26

Orienteering 2:51:19 [4]*** 16.02 km (10:42 / km) +578m 9:04 / km
spiked:15/16c (injured) shoes: Nimbus MudClaws
Morning Training. Long distance leg training. Running was very slow going.

Afternoon training. Short legs with fast running. This was my favourite training of the week, i think i was just running strong. spiked everything except one. If there was no snow it would have been a one min mistake, but up hill in deep snow, it turned into a 3-4 min er. Still good fun
Note
(injured)
I was blatently chased, and caught by Aine (and Kev's diving tackle). And for no reason, i been completely innocent, she just comes along and jumps on me and stared to shove snow down my back. Scary girl for a 14 year old ;)

Tuesday Mar 25

Orienteering (Sweden) 2:33:38 [4]*** 12.5 km (12:17 / km) +520m 10:10 / km
spiked:27/36c (injured) shoes: Nimbus MudClaws
Morning training in deep snow. Was reading the map very well. Running was difficult but it was good fun.

NightO training. It was a diaster. I couldn't hit a barn door from 10 meters. I found the first control and that was it.

Monday Mar 24

Orienteering race (JK Relays) 32:06 [5]*** 4.6 km (6:59 / km) +100m 6:18 / km
spiked:10/12c shoes: Nimbus MudClaws
Went out in mass start, was running well but messed up making a mistake on control 2, parrelle error followed by a mess up on control 6. I was pretty pissed. Both Kev and Roar had animal runs. Finished 6th, 9mins off winners, 1 min off medals. . . . . .

(look down at spring cup relays for the meaning of pain)
