Took it easy. Warmed up and stretched everything... my lower achiles is Very sore. Not good.

Ran out by motorway bridge and out past mag. By the time i reached curragh i reached tempo pace- pushed hard...

After 25mins of hard running i dropped the pace, ran for 5mins at 144bpm's.
Then started the hill session. It hurt- alot. Finished hills and headed home.. between 18km and the finish i raised my HR from 156 to 189
