Lovely sunny day for the first time in ages, so I decided to go for a ride. What a huge mistake - I got hit by a car 10 minutes in, and now have a broken right arm and some huge grazes. The car came from behind me and turned left right into me as we went around a roundabout - so I never saw the numberplate, but he'll have some nice scratches in his paint all over the passenger doors. So some of the time is real and some is pain (I actually got back on my bike and rode for a few more minutes before realising that my arm was really sore and then I had to ride home). Pretty gutted really.

Out to MacAndrew Bay and back - first ride since I've been back. It was actually sunny, but I was riding over ice in the shadows at 1 pm, and luckily my foot was nicely anaesthatised by the cold air - all spinning, but it was still a bit achey, as was my leg, so won't be doing too much cycling yet.

Aquajogging with Anna. The same kids were having diving lessons again, which was still amusing, then they opened the top diving board...

10 laps with the belt, 5 without. Not too boring because some kids were having diving lessons, which was quite amusing. Leg hurts when I get out to get changed, which is not fun.

It felt so great to be able to get out there and do something after all the hours of study and non-exercise! 8 laps all the way around the pool, plus 2 at the end with no belt. Felt fantastic afterwards - ahh the endorphins...plus the pool was actually warm...
