Long Run 1:38:00 [3]

From Magnus and Lisa's with Magnus and Casper - down Silversky then down into Trelissick Park to the bottom and back up again into Wadestown then over into Otari-Wilton, up to the flax clearing and out the back. At this point Magnus broke and took us on a long bushbash to find the cave then an even longer one out to the beehives and horse paddock, then walked up the hill back to Silversky.

Makara Peak with Lisa - Missing link then Upper Leaping Lizard to check out where it goes...turns out its a cool downhill track for about 10mins and ends with a 4WD track back to the top which is steep and not so exciting. Nice and warm, puddles less freezing than they have been.

Otari-Wilton and Karori Cemetery with Magnus and Casper in the dark and bits of rain. Always nice starting somewhere slightly different.

Over and up Burrow's Track to the carpark on Wright's Hill, then down Salvation and out to Woodhouse Ave, down Parklands Rd to Karori Park and did the short side on the way home. Not the most inspiring run but nice to go somewhere slightly different.

Day 1 of the yoga camp videos - mainly just stretching, but good to do some again after a bit of a hiatus.

Up Johnson's Hill and along to Makara Saddle then down through the park. Usual route but sunny and warm today (well, ~15 degrees anyway...) so was quite nice. Came across a bunch of kids I've seen around for the last week or so during the day, obviously learning the road rules on bikes. Kind of cool, and also kind of sad that kids don't bike enough now that they have to be taught how to ride at school.

Score event at Johnsonville park. Not too bad a route choice but some steep hills and had to cut short at the end as I was running out of time. Waiting for results to appear.

MTB at Makara with Lisa and Cat - didn't put in the proper time as we had to stop a lot for Cat to catch up. Missing link to the top and Peak flow, Lazy fern down. Beautiful day for it and stopped at the Pylon for a while mainly because the sunshine and shelter was so nice.

To and from work - started raining on the way there and just as I was coming down John St the back wheel skidded out - not sure if I hit some paint or what but its lucky I managed to correct or I would have slid under the rush hour cars that were lined up at the traffic lights. Would not have been a good way to end up at work...

Other Sport 30:00 [3]

Indoor soccer - got smashed 11-0, against a team we should have beaten. Had two ring ins so that didn't help.

4x 15min hill intervals up Johnson's Hill. Third one was the toughest.

Long Run 1:03:00 [3]

Warm up, down and the downhill segments back to the bottom of the hill. Came back down the other track to the carpark and down the road just to see where it went this time - nice little track but lots of stone steps.

10 mins warmup, 5 warm down - got home and couldn't be bothered doing another 5 min loop...

Tempo run 45:00 [3]

Tempo run from the cattle grate after the water tank along the hills to somewhere just past the turnoff to the horse paddock and back. Bit windy up there. Better than I thought it would be making this longer - I like the out and back because I know exactly how far it is coming back and can push harder.
