Another ride out round the Peninsula, as far as the roadworks. Cold and windy, so it wasn't too nice. Saw Riki driving somewhere on my way home and was jealous of the warm car.

Long run, with 10 x 20s sprints with 20s jogging recoveries near the end. 7am is way too early to get up on a Saturday, but it was my brother's graduation so I wouldn't have done it otherwise...

8x 1 min intervals, with 1 min jogging recoveries. Old ladies looked on with amazement that someone would disrupt their peace and quiet in such a way.

15 up (ran into and chatted with Erin Whitla, who has an SIJ injury, and was aquajogging without the belt - she said it took a lot of practise not to sink. I tried it later on. She was right), 10 down.

Out round the Peninsula to the roadworks and back, plus a little trip towards Ravensbourne to see if I could find the signposted but mysteriously invisible cycle lane (I couldn't), and a loop of Logan Park.

12 x 40s intervals with 80s jogging recoveries (I couldn't remember how long they were last time I did them running). Got some strange looks from other aquajoggers and the lifeguards, but discovered that the pool is quieter at 11.30am than it is at 6am.

Upper body stuff, because I did the aquajogging with only legs.

Aquajogging at 7.30am today, not so cold outside, which was nice. Youngest again by about 40 years this time...

At the PE gym with my hockey team - circuit session with mainly upper body/non-impact stuff so I didn't hurt my leg. 1 min on, 15s off, listening to cool 80s music.

Got my bone scan appointment in the mail - its on Monday the 19th (which I thought was ages away until I looked at the calendar...).
