Round the lake at home: top track then bottom track - really nice weather and nice being around the lake again.

Down to Island Bay, all the way around the coast including the Miramar Peninsula, back over the hill into Newtown, then back down to Island Bay and round to the reserve and back again - haven't done such a long ride for a while, but it felt good and I maintained a good cadence for the majority of the ride.

Orienteering 31:00 [3]

At Central Park - turned up to find a sign saying "O shoes recommended"...would have been useful to know before the event... Lots of controls in the green, and got a few blackberry scratches, and created a few new tracks through some fight. Would have been nice to have a few routes choices involving different track options.

More exploration of Mt Albert - needed a shorter day today, and had fun finding a few new bits of track.

Bike 58:00 [3]

Bike down to Island Bay, around to the reserve thingy, then up Happy Valley to Brooklyn, back via Bidwell St, back down to Island Bay and back again cos it was too short. Felt good after a long day standing up in theatre - got to intubate a patient today for the first time, which was pretty cool!
