Orienteering 55:00 [3]

O at the windfarm. Was good except that two controls were in the wrong place, which was a bit demotivating. Also the map needs some serious remapping - tracks in completely the wrong way and lots of green that was supposed to be white forest.

Round the lake at home - top track then bottom track.

Down to Island Bay and then up Happy Valley (headwind the whole way), through Brooklyn, and back. Between going to the doctor and getting my arm xrayed - exactly not what the doctor ordered...and not what my arm wanted either...luckily its not broken, but its still pretty sore and apparently I have much physio ahead.

Orienteering 12:02 [3]

Sprint that Sarah and I set at Massey/Wellington High School. It seemed like a cool course so I hope everyone else thought so too. Faster than I've run for a while whilst orienteering, so that was pretty cool.

Long Run 1:25:00 [3]

Run with Lizzie from Vic through the Botanic Gardens, up Tinakori Hill, down to Wilton's bush, through the Karori cemetery, and back to Vic - at least I think thats where we went... Pretty cold and windy day, but we were in pretty sheltered areas, so it was actually pretty nice. Second long run in a row though, and my leg was a wee bit sore at the start, so rest day tomorrow I think.
