Lakelands - a bit tired after last night and got a massive blister under my foot from my new orthotics, which was rather painful. Mucked up number 6 and lost about 6 mins there, which was pretty bad. Other than that I was just too slow again.

9x 34secs trail hill sprints at Kaukau with downhill recoveries. Lovely and rainy.

6 warm up, 6 warm down - should have been longer but not enough time.
