7.00 at halfway, had to speed up to catch a lady I just beat yesterday. Forgot to mention that this is always followed by a swim in the sea and a cold shower...

Aerobics style stuff with sets of pushups, situps, dips, and squats thrown in. At 6.20am.

Along the waterfront in Anakiwa at 6.40am. Fastest girl:) At halfway I was 6.53.

First run at Outward Bound - shuttle run along the tracks out the back of the base.

I think this count because of the extreme coldness of the water - first experience of what will become a common activity...
