Walk 1:30:00 [3]

Walk up a giant mountain with Sarah and Ben to an airstrip with cool views of Nelson. It started at some place called the Glen.

Orienteering 1:30:00 [3]

A guess at the total time - Rabbit Island map in Nelson putting out controls and collecting them and general coaching activities with Sarah. Awesome group - 28 in the morning and 37 in the afternoon, some there all day, some who had almost no orienteering experience at all - had them doing red level controls by the end of the day. We are totally awesome coaches, haha:)

Lost, can't remember the score but it was about 12-7. We did way better in the second half, and our marking was good, but just couldn't get on top of them and their girl-goals killed us.

From the hospital up Mt Vic and around and about on the eastern side, then back to the hospital. Nice weather for a lunchtime run.

8 hill reps at the golf course on the same hill that I did them on with Todd last time. Had fun sliding down the hill, mostly when running up. Reps were 35, 34, 34, 35, 34, 33, 32, 32, with 2.20 rests. The last two were as a guy with a dogs walked slowly towards me across the golf course because I was pretty sure he was coming to check out if I was sestroying the hillside by sliding around on it in the mud...

Potluck run from Sarah's up the Aro Valley with Sarah, Lisa, Jamie B-W, Nick, Casper, and Hamish. Cool mountainbike tracks.
