Warm up in the gym.

Run on the treadmill at sky city again. Faster than last time, but I'm pretty sure the room is super heated to make it feel as though you're doing more than you are. Or maybe its just my low tolerance for gyms that made it hard.

Quad exercises in the gym - 5 sets of 10.

In the schmancy gym at sky city, on the treadmill. 5 mins easy, 10 mins hard, 5 mins easy. I'm not really a big fan of gyms though...

Other Sport (Amazing Race) 2:00:00 [3]

Amazing race around central Auckland - was actually about 4 hours, but probably equivalent to about 2 hours of gentle jogging. Pretty cool race for the start of conference, and I got to go on the bungy thing on Albert St, which was very cool:)

Down the road to the domain turnoff in Te Awanga and back, in the dark. KNee a bit sore after last night but had physio again today and just need to keep on with the knee exercises.

Hill run with Harriers. Same route as usual, was feeling pretty good and kept pace with Rita on a few of the hills, which was good:)

Other Sport (Indoor netball) 20:00 [3]

Indoor netball - we won by some large margin. Only played two quarters since it was straight after running.

Bike 1:00:00 [3]

10 mins warm up, 40 mins easy/90rpm, 10 mins warm down. Just went up the Tukituki road and back - got to the same place just past Tukituki station as last time. Cross/head wind on the way out, slight tail/cross wind on the way home. Knee not feeling too bad - just a bit sore when pushing harder on the hills. Static stretching afterwards.
