The beginnings of my epic gym session. Cadence 90-100, at level 4 resistance. Annoying seat that I kept sliding forwards off, but there was music and soccer to watch so I wasn't too upset.

This was actually a 10 on one machine, which started squeaking, then 20 on another one. Stride length on these things is way too short...

Warm down on the bike again. Felt quite good towards the end of this session, and am actually looking forward to going back. Don't know if this was because the 30bike/30 cross trainer was actually too easy (was supposed to be subthreshold, don't know if I really got there because I couldn't seem to get my heart rate over 150), or if it was just that I haven't done anything even vaguely this long for a while.
