Orienteering 1:17:07 [3]

QB Day 2, Prickly Sands, Long. Slow through the first ones in the light green, although no massive mistakes. Saw a few people running through the out of bounds on the long leg out to the open, and felt like I was running through really heavy snow - really tired and not feeling fast at all. Made many small mistakes on the open ones, mainly by going the wrong way round a patch of green - never really lost, just very inefficient.

Orienteering 17:25 [3]

QB Day 1, Waitarere forest sprint. Generally feeling really tired and not fast - partly driving from Hawkes Bay this morning and partly from too much work - the last three weeks included the horrible 12 day stretch followed by a week with two long days... Mostly minor mistakes until 12, coming back across into the main strip, veered too far left and didn't read the map properly - thought I was looking for a hill rather than a depression.

From home around the pond and back - opposite way to usual, which felt weirder than I thought it would. This run also felt quite slow and plodding - maybe too soon after lunch...

Bike 1:00:00 [3]

Bike from home out to Bayview and along the road past the Esk soccer fields and back - lots of roadworks, unfortunately, and quite cold.

Other Sport 1:00:00 [3]

Climbing - almost got up the green double-barreled wall, but couldn't quite push up to the left hand grip on the second overhang - will have to try again next time... Did lots of other walls, and a few of the easier ones faster again, which was good.
