Orienteering 54:00 [3]

Mt Vic orienteering - Sarah just got me. Mistake on number 2 where the map seems to be quite wonky and lost about 3 mins there. Probably would have been a bit faster if I hadn't done so much yesterday!

MTB 1:40:00 [3]

With Lisa in the mud on Makara - up the usual way, Missing Link to the top, then the normal way down - didn't go do Swigg/Starfish at the bottom as it had been so slippery we didn't want to risk sliding down the rocks into the creek right at the end... So muddy, but so good.

Intervals 43:00 [3]

3x14min intervals up Johnson's Hill - from the road end right to the survey mark on the top. Such a killer but after the first one didn't actually feel too terrible, but would have helped if I hadn't been mountain biking this morning. This week hasn't had the best training order, as I couldn't do anything for the first three days.

Long Run 51:00 [3]

10mins warm up, 2x 8min downhills between the intervals and 25min warmdown along the skyline and back down to my house - a bit long but about the same as going back down the hill and through the streets.

Bike 50:00 [3]

Bike too and from work in the wind and rain. Almost got hit from the side by a lady driving out of a side street on the way home, so need to figure out some side lights. She can't have been looking too hard though as I had three other flashing lights on. Maybe she wasn't expecting a bike at midnight...

Note

Was supposed to go running with Sarah at lunchtime but she bailed because of the weather! Not like her at all.

Long Run 55:00 [3]

Johnson's Hill loop with an extension towards Karori Park to make it a bit longer. Windy on the tops.

Bike 50:00 [3]

Bike to and from work - beginnings of a howling southerly on the way there and rain on the way home at midnight...
