Long Run 1:30:00 [3]

Long run up Burrows, down Deliverance, up Salvation, across to Lynmouth Ave and looping down through the streets/paths back onto Karori Rd, then along to the supermarket. Didn't bump into any TV news crews at the end of my run this time. Pretty windy out there today.

Tempo run 1:00:00 [3]

From the road end at the bottom of Johnson's Hill along the tracks past the cemetery and through Otari-Wilton, up to the Flax clearing then up to the Skyline and along the usual tracks back home. Probably a bit slow at the start, then developed a good rhythm before having to stop for some cows and start again. Overall felt pretty good.
