Makara with Greg on an evening with very low cloud then actual darkness... Finished about 9pm which was a bit late really - tested my track knowledge/response to unseen obstacles coming down through the bush at the end...
After work on Mt Vic and Mt Albert - haven't run here for a long time! First sub-threshold run for a long time as well and struggled to keep the pace up, which was a combination of the physical, not knowing exactly where I was, and downhills coming at the wrong moments.
