I got the gym late with only about 50 minutes to run, so I decided to do an intense hill workout during that time. I got on the treadmill and set it at level 15 on the hill workout with the speed at 8.0. I quickly realized however that my quads were still quite beat from yesterday's interval training, and that I wasn't going to be able to handle any serious hills today. My left quad also started to hurt a bit, so I decided to stop the workout and stretch a bit before continuing with something a little less intense.

I stretched out for about 5 minutes which felt really good. I am amazed that my shins weren't sore at all after feeling so weird during yesterday's intervals, but my quads were definitely quite tight. It felt really good to stretch them out.

After stretching out I decided to take the rest of the workout at an easier pace, and just set the treadmill at a 5.0 incline at 7.5 mph. I ran like that for 18 minutes, and then lowered the incline to 3.0 and raised the speed to 8.0 for the last 10 minutes because my quads still feeling really tired, and I just wanted to stretch my legs out a bit without too much incline.
