| Really good session on Forest X and Bethecar. Started sloppy again with bad lines in the wood but got into it and was orienteering well on the moor. |

| Training on Eggerslack with Junior squad, concentrating on having a plan and executing it well. Eggerslack should be renamed "come here if you want an injury" so i just took it easy concentrating on orienteering cleanly. Only made one "proper" mistake. |

| Did contour only at Great Tower, set off thinking this is going to be easy but Great Tower is a lot harder with just contours. Started very messy and often wasn't exactly sure where i was or where i was going, picked the pace up a bit from this morning. |

| A 4 mile sustained run with the group at Corby AC. Felt back to normal tonight, running strongly and my knee doesn't hurt anymore. |

| The gym has been revamped. Can't really see what they've done apart from move the equipment around abit and change the floor. Did some dumbell, sit ups and fitball work. Went for a 20m spin on the bike while watching the highlights of some Real Madrid game, Casillas made an incredible save. Then did some stretching. |
