Orienteering race 37:40 [4]
SYO summer social. Ran well, orienteered well apart from missing a control out but i seem to always do it when i don't have control descriptions.

Then the BBQ where i did some (a lot of) carbohydrate loading.

Easy Run 38:18 [3]

Wednesday Jun 18

Gym Session 50:00 [3]
Normal weights and 30 minute core session.
Easy Run 17:00 [3]
Legs sore after last night.

Tuesday Jun 17

Track Session 23:25 [4]
Session at the track.
It was 3x (600m, 500m, 400m) at 3km pace with around 30-40s recovery (it was a bit airy fairy) and 3 minutes between sets . Feeling good.

1.48, 1.29, 1.13/ 1.47, 1.28, 1.10/ 1.46, 1.28, 1.08
Easy Run 1:00:00 [3]
Run to the track and then run back. I am now living in Crookes so the run back was probably harder than the actual track session, it is a long hill when your legs are dead.

Monday Jun 16

Easy Run 50:32 [3]
Back in Sheffield and back in lectures much more fun than being in Gothenburg. Went out for a run in the sun up Rivelin, very lush.
