| SYO summer social. Ran well, orienteered well apart from missing a control out but i seem to always do it when i don't have control descriptions.
Then the BBQ where i did some (a lot of) carbohydrate loading. |

It was 3x (600m, 500m, 400m) at 3km pace with around 30-40s recovery (it was a bit airy fairy) and 3 minutes between sets . Feeling good.

| Run to the track and then run back. I am now living in Crookes so the run back was probably harder than the actual track session, it is a long hill when your legs are dead. |
