Orienteering 27:00 [4]
Middle qualifier practice on Hissingparken where the swedish test race was, good to go back knowing what to expect and i orienteered much better. Still scrappy though but it is a really tough area.

Orienteering 24:00 [4]
Training on Partille north. Just a short 3km loop, made a mistake at two so doug caught me up and we ran the course together from then on taking different routes. Another small error in a control circle but i felt good through the terrain.
Orienteering 31:00 [4]
4km course on Getryggen south with a butterfly loop, nice forest going well.
Easy Run 25:00 [3]

Thursday Jun 26

Note
Got up at 4am to be able to catch my flight to Gothenburg was afraid that i would sleep through it. Arrived in Gothenburg and it was raining but it brightened up in the afternoon and was nice and sunny.

Note
(rest day)
After last night when i twisted my ankle and it still being sore today i thought it best to give it a rest.

Monday Jun 23

Easy Run 1:25:00 [3]
Run up to Marcus' house for a chat about JWOC and then Marcus showed me one of his loops around rivelin. Weather was great. Marcus was chatting about forming a break away club in Sheffield from SYO to stir up a bit of rivalry. Went over on my right ankle at one point which hurt and still hurts today but there is no swelling or anything so should be fine tomorrow.
