got slightly symptoms for a runnersknee, so going to drop running for the next days until monday. that`s alright, because i am going to hemsedal anyway :) hope to train there some strength every day. afternoon some 30min spinning. just an easy one to warm up for strength and balance-training. anyway wanted to take it easy because of my slightly illness and the knee. | ||
