still having a slightly cold, but feeling better. had a warm up before the christmas-run we competing at every 25th dec :)
was running, while my father was cycling besides me.

christmas race. took it quite easy in the beginning, than speeded up, but due to my illness i decided not to go for the 100%. so had really nice pace and was doing a faster session. nice one.
