beautiful longtur to kikutstua in the nordmarka.
was going together with pit. really really good conditions, just in the end quite icy. but all in all awesome one.
now i am tired and ready to watch TV :)

happy about that week. just one day where i could not do what i wanted to becasuse of headache, all the others days as i planned

wanted to wake up early to do a run round about a hour.
when i woke up i felt really tired, so decided to sleep longer.
nice reg-run on snowy pathes. heartrate quite high...mhm
anyway, it`s nice to run

was really nice. in the beginning quite icy, so quite hard to keep myself going.
than from ullevålseter really nice conditions. so a lot more fun.
really nice one, but quite hard i gotta say. i reckon my skiing-shape is not the best :)
