felt shit.
nice party yesterday evening. good food. but were not sleeping before 0330 AM, so felt pritty shit when i was running. it was nice to run in høiasmarka, but it is a strange feeling aswell.

first 6 minutes where from slow, acceleration to the tempo i wanted to run.
first part was quite flat and some parts downhill. just short uphills.
on the way back much more uphill. felt alright even i could feel my old injury in the end. but really nice run.
