again a wonderful morning. best spot is the spot where i can see over oslo. early in the morning, while it is slightly dark and the sun is slowly rising. amazing!

my "skolepraksis" started today. i will be teaching pupils in physical education the next 4 weeks.
so i will run to school and back every day.
first time today. i need round about 17min, so i decided to run a bit more and will start running a bigger loop.

had a basketball match which was quite hard.
i had a bet with a pupil, if he will beat me in 1 on 1 in basketball, he has to join every gym class.
bet was to beat him, first one to three
i won 3-2.
