felt good.
started a little bit stressed to the first control and did not really understand the vegetation there. ran good until 4th control. than wrong track (done by runners over open field (isn`t it supposed to be orienteering?) and lost 15 sec there...than fucked up the route choice to 6th control, lost round about 1min there. than not to good orienteering in the are of 8th, 10th, 12th control. tired in the end, disappointed about my own performance in the finish. happy about the bronze medal so. at least a medal, even i was not expecting it after i had finished the race.

good feeling, temperature really nice, nearly some small rain. perfect. will see how that worked one day before the champs. looking forward to the some effect (?)

bad suderode. went easy uphill, than wanted to run the first forest path/road in to the right to get to stecklenberg, but should have waited a bit, cause the forest path i ran ended suddenly, so i was going cross downhill ending up in a mudswamp. mhmmm smaskens. white shoes got muddy black shoes. than back. next time i will run there i know a better route now

haha. funny. last time i used the watch it ran out of battery. i just started it this morning and i reckon i forgot to delete the session and it kept on recording there from. funny!
