After 6km I had pain backside knee right side. I think the lower muscle attachement to my right hamstring was irritated, do not know why.
it got worse and worse and I had to adapt my running style. That resulted in bad thighs both sides. started to get bad thighs already after 16km. No achilles pain as expected, but so bad thighs, why? I have no idea. so after 25-26km nothing was working. upper legs were totally dead and the backside of the knee was awful. I had to walk, like a biggest looser. I hated it. after a while I limped myself a bit back in to it, because dropping out was senseless, so I decided to give finishing a shot. I did, not tired at all. Legs were fucked, but rest of the body was not empty or tired at all. Big time disappointed.
