21c shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Disappointing. Generally average. Apart from when I was royally messing up (5 no attackpoint, 12 extra windblow) or missing out (14) or on track (runner's split to 10). Battled hard, but to no avail; a sorry reflection of my increasingly weekend-warriorly attitude.

Really enjoyable middle course at Sauchie, was pretty pleased with my run but was beaten by Jess:( Excellent day's training, will probably be a bit knackered tomorrow though.

Very long corridor course round Sauchie. Really good training and lovely round the bottom/far bit that's not really been used. Head and legs hurting by the end.
