Fun at Mugdock for SOL1. Good battle with K-Max after my banana to 13 let her catch me a minute. Managed to get 30 seconds back by the end... Miles off the pace of the fast boys, but no surprise since I was running steady to protect the calf and also because that's pretty much all I can do... Late start so got the best of the day:).
