Running 57:00 [3] 6.4 mi (8:54 / mi)
(injured) shoes: Aisics Keyano 13

MJ, Danelli, and in the end Wyatt. Betzwood bathroom run out and back. Short easy run but felt long. Leg very uncomfortable when walking but can still run, go figure. Ran with a Ace bandage for shin splints on for compression and to keep it warm. Much harder then it should have been. Wyatt and Danella were able to set a quicker pace then I was comfortable with so hung back with MJ.

Running 1:42:33 [3] 10.36 mi (9:54 / mi)
ahr:155 max:181 (injured) shoes: Aisics GT2120 Trail

Ran with Angelica and Wyatt. Those two always make it fun and interesting. Started in ChesterBrook Genuardis Parking lot and with in 100 yards was on a trail. Most of the run was on tail trough nature preserves and connecting trails. Went along Valley Creek, up and over a abandoned rail road spur. Beautiful area, spectacular homes.

Felt weak and tired at the begining. By mile 7-8 it was getting worse. My sore leg feels better when I run on it. It is more uncomfortable to walk on it so it was not a real factor except I felt like I was protecting it. Worried that it would give up on me.

Fun, Fun Run through the woods with Angelica. No particular plan or place to go just a rough distence in mind that we wanted to do. It was twices as much fun when we were only guessing which way would take us in the general direction we wanted to go. Angelica is amazing with her sence of direction. A aerial down load of the route makes it look like it was all planned out ahead of time. For neither of us really wanting to run it will be remembered as a great run and route to try again.

Running 1:09:00 [2] 6.31 mi (10:56 / mi)
shoes: Aisics GT2120 Trail

It was a day of first for Sue. Took her for her first trail run. She is a steady 12+ minute miler and her longest has been 5.4 miles. She did super going further, faster and off road. After getting used to not being on pavement she actualy liked the experience.
