| Did 4 x 1.8k intervals around Sundsvalls hospital w splits (5:52, 5:54, 5:48, 6:02) rec 2min. Ran the last one with Janne N and just keept his pace until 300m to go then i went all out. Feelt slow and heavy the whole training. |
