Ran a loop around town. ~3cm of wet snow on the ground and -1°C.

Clubtraining: 1k intervals (but we had to cut of ~130m to avoid getting flatten by cars), tried running the first one with a good speed (2:47 on the 870m track) but i feelt my body couldnt handle it so i aborted the intervals.

Monday Feb 25

Ran the usual loop. Pretty icy and really windy. Feelt good and pushed pretty hard on the last 2km to check how my body responds to hard running.
