Recovery day. Felt pretty good so I could have done some running but skipped it anyway to avoid getting sick.

Jukola 3rd leg: We finished 65th which is all-time-best for our second team. Our first team placed 6th. Ran solo the whole way and saw nobody that were fast enough to run with. Made a small mistake towards the first control but understod were I was going and got the control good. Ran solid for the rest of the race except for some smal mistakes and a bad routechoise.Technically good but still out of shape, should have been able to run a few min faster. Lost 11.5min on Anders Nordberg and ~6min on Rollen. Passed 28th teams and passed over to Stefan as 53rd. Atleast i beat some good guys like Janne Weckman, Rasmus Djurhuus, Michal Horacheck, Markus Lindeqvist, Tuomas Tervo and Timo Saarinen.

Jukola went out to the competitionarea before venla to check out how to run in the finish and the last control. Pretty long finish this year.

Strength session with Tom. Did the usual exercises but a bit lighter weights.

Relay training on Södraberget. Felt better then last weekend even though I didn't go 100%.

including 5 strides and plyos. Forgot to turn of my clock when we were stretching so maby ~10min is not running/active.

Intervalsession with Tom, Janne and Jörgen. Janne and Jörgen ran 300m intervals, Tom did 300/400m and i did 200m. Splits (29.1, 28.6, 27.6, 28.3, 28.8) rec 200m jog ~3min. Could hardly follow Janne/Jörgen and ran pretty much all out on every one of them. Think I might be able to do 26s with spikes and with someone pacing me but thats it. Felt like an elephant and I think a 10 y.o. could easily beat me on 100m.
