Biking to work, slight headwind

Running 33:32 [4] 6.5 km (5:10 / km)

Half of 'Stairmaster' bridge over Elbow River is closed so had to guess the distance.

Very hot.

Biking to U of C. Very strong headwind. Spent quite a bit of time going slowly around the University looking for the event.

Orienteering 45:00 [2] 3.6 km (12:30 / km)

University sprint relay with Ewan. He walked to number 1, which took about as long as the rest of teh course with him in the Chariot

Biking into work. Fast time, helped by some drafting. Forgot to set the computer when I left home, so missed first 0.5km or so.

Running 29:02 [4] 7.3 km (3:59 / km)

Fast run round Crowchild Loop. Very hot, with a bit of breeze.

Monday Jul 4, 2005 #

Cycling 35:58 [4] 19.29 km (1:52 / km)

Biked into work. Strong tailwind, watch out going home!

Running hills 1:02:13 [3] 12.5 km (4:59 / km) +150m 4:42 / km

'Slide loop' with JI, managed to double step most of the steps on the Douglas Fir trail. Had to stop to wait for a train on the way back.

Cycling 44:47 [3] 18.33 km (2:27 / km)

Biking home. Very strong headwind.

Running 15:00 [5] 3.7 km (4:03 / km)

Tried a fast run ahead of 10 K next week

Cycling 25:00 [1] 3.7 km (6:45 / km)

Slow cycle with Ewan in Chariot. Measured how far I had just run. Going home helped by extra weight of groceries purchased halfway round!
