In the morning ran to and from the lake with roland...it was about 2.5 each way.

Swim (lake) 45:00 [2] 0.6 mi (1:14:58 / mi)

Swam around the island...was about 1000 meters or so.

Paddle (kayaking) 2:30:00 [2] 5.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

from amelia island, kayaked out in the dubs to cumberland island, up the creek, portaged the kayaks over to the beach before kayaking back to. easy fun day...i am getting a tan...finally!!!

urban nav on road section...central florida people are crazy. We lost one of our team mates at the last ta and the 3 of us continued on. when we finished we took a nap at the ta and then they decided to can the race

Easy morning run with dan and roland. started out feeling like poop but then felt better about 15 min into the run. I think i am ready to race!!!

Went for an easy jog around 1130 to get aclimated to the heat. Picked the pace up to a tempo run for the middle 10 min and the last 5 when I realized i was going to be late getting back to rolands house.

Went for an easy night ride on the frankendale to get used to riding it again.
