5x 3 minute hill intervals. Ran up Pitt street marked a spot then jogged back down. Ran back up to the same spot to maintain same pace and repeated for the 5 reps. Casual run to and from Pitt street. Got hard at the end to reach the same point but always made it. Last 50metres were sometimes sprinting.

Ran for Ages! well felt like it. Up to Queens Dr then all the way out towards South back around east side of city + lap of Logan park to make up to 70 mins. Good long run not really pushing it during the middle though.
