Running race 30:00 [5]
eoc middle distance quali. quite a few smallish mistakes and one bigger, where i actually STOPPED reading the map going into a green area, hm, i wonder what i was thinking. lost maybe 2mins at my big mistake and did an additional four 20 secs mistakes at other parts of the course.
was really nervous i wouldnt make it to the final today after such a race, but it did, and in the end i got the 13th place in my heat. one really has to give orienteering enough time in this type of terrain as it is technically very demanding. tomorrow is final and 0-0 is the result!

20min warming up and a pretty long jog after,since i didnt have the nerves to follow the competition =)
