Orienteering training at Domarudden. Performed well technically except a 45sec miss at the last control. Mass start with John and Anders but "ran on our own" and had a nice route choice battle throughout the course!
Got sick in the afternoon, well, at least it feels as something in that direction... so I´ll postpone my 1.30hr training tonight. I can put the blame entirely on myself. Hard training directly after a weekend with really little sleep is not the road to success...was too motivated this time to give rest a chance...
Running from home to Järlagården. Felt a tiny bit in my throat, but seems as it is fine now...anyhow, pretty good feeling towards the end. Alternated the speed every now and then.
Got back from Trondheim today after, what I must say, a great stay. Now I am really motivated and eager to continue my winter training!

Hill intervals together with NTNUI up to Estenstadshytta (6*5mins with 1min rest). Nice and tough training, and I liked the fact that one was able to run uphill for 30 minutes in total =)
Strength training together with the Wing-guys. Very nourishing. Feels as if I should do these kind of work outs at least twice a week. Need to increase my amounts of strength training...

A long run together with Audun Bjerkreim Nilsen and Andreas Høye. Nice and hilly terrain around Estenstadsmarka in Trondheim.
