The second stage of Stockholm by night. Had a good race today, and I caught up and got away from all the others with Jonn Are Myhren already to the third control, which was a longer leg on paths. I continued the race with orienteering well with only a few smaller mistakes and eventually I ended up with company in form of Anders Tiltnes after half the course, whereas Jonn Are disappeared. I finished off the race with good orienteering and believe I had good control of the race and could beat Tiltnes in the finish. We were 5mins ahead of Jonn Are in the third place and 6mins ahead of Emil Lauri and some other guys around the fourth place. Had maybe 1-1,5 minutes of accumulated miss time. Now my achilles is really stiff, so no running thursday.

Distance running on Djurgården. I like Djurgården because of its beautiful and changing scenery. Today I ran at a pace of about 4.20mins/km, with a really good flow and feeling all the way.

4*4mins intervals. did a shorter interval session today due to aching throat yesterday. i did not wanna go too hard on myself at the same time as i wanted good training effect out of this run.

after my exam i will try out an interval training block to see the effect out of this.
