Running race 31:00 [5]

Dalatouren middle distance race. Well, what shall i say...would have needed ski goggles to get most optimal conditions for myself, i.e: it was snowing heavily, and moreover, it was shitty cold at the same time. Started off the race with a 10 secs miss on the first, there i caught up a skier who waited for me...he followed me the course through and managed to stress me up a little, at the same time as i didnt want to get hands outside my jersey reading the map...continued therefore doing small mistakes at 2nd, at 4th and 5th. At the 9th control I had the lead in the competition until I missed the 10th with 1.5minute or so (dont know exactly). continued with missing the 12th with 20 secs perhaps, where i got company with martin hammarberg (third in this race, who caught me with 1 min). continued the race ok, until i did another 1.5min on the second last one...hm...not satisfying. but running is really back in the game now, which im happy about.now i have to focus on the real technical things.

Running 8:00 [5]

8 times 1 minute in Hölstein. Pushed both uphills and some smooth downhills, tried to go maximum speed. I think it was a nice training in 25 degree weather and nice surroundings! Also thanks to coach Anina cheering me on =)

Note

Resting day, yummy. Felt sore here and there. And Attackpoint colleague GG also had some influence on me that it is good to take it easy sometimes, especially as EOC is getting closer.

Running 1:15:00 [3]

Orienteering, dont know the name of the map, but I think it was the best that I have been on here in Ticino.

Running 22:00 [5]

Middle-distance in Taverne, tricky since there were lots of details at the same time as one had to keep track on what height you were in the hillside. Didnt do any mistakes, but sometimes I was a little bit "after" in the orienteering. Nice finish on a great camp!

Running 30:00 [1]

Hit the knee the day before, so this training I did only jogging/walking to loosen up. Was above the tree limit doing orienteering and the panorama there was just great.

Strength 20:00 [2]

...followed up this training with some strength.

Running 30:00 [5]

2 times approx. 2.5km, camp-relay. really nice! also this in a steep, steep and really nice forest vegetation-wise. Think I had around 15 mins in each, not totally sure.
