Orienteering in Velamsund on a contour map+running to the starting points of the three loops. Good orienteering all the way! Quite sore legs after yesterdays intervals, but not too bad.

8 times 1 minute on trails and gravel roads in the erstavik forest. tried to push max, went smoothly. unfortunately no anina cheering me on today though.

Dalatouren relay, 1st leg. Managed to get away from the pack already after 1.5 kms together with william lind, with strong running in 1 dm of snow. we changed the lead every now and then until the 4th last control, where i had to run back to check the definition. here i lost 30 secs maybe, so i had to chase quite hard on the last 500metres but was a little bit behind in the finish. however, im satisfied with my race as such,and always nicer to be secure of a right punch at a relay. did a few smaller mistakes of 10-15 secs, maybe 4 of them. otherwise it was good,with a nice feeling in the legs.we changed 4mins before the pack. our team ended up 4th, which we are satisfied with!! on wednesday it is stockholm city cup, and there i hope for a good performance technically, running has definitely proved to work again after injuries.
